When will my order be shipped?
In-stock products leave our warehouse within 2-4 working days of ordering. The delivery time is clearly displayed on the delivery option selected during the checkout process.
I haven't received my order
If you have not received your order after 4 working days, please contact Baristina customer service.
I received a wrong or broken product
No problem. You can return your product free of charge within 30 days of receiving your product. To request a return within the remorse period of 30 days you will need to contact Baristina customer service.
After 30 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to return your product. If you still need assitance after this period please contact Baristina customer service.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID number e-mail or SMS, from our delivery partner. With this number, you can track the delivery of your order.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order may be delivered to a UPS collection point nearby. You will be informed by a note from UPS in the letter box about where you can pick up the package from.
Where do you deliver to?
For orders placed in France website we only deliver within France mainland, we do not deliver to France overseas territories.
What shipping options and carriers are available?
Please note that limited shipping options are available for some items due to size or vulnerability. You will find the available shipping options when entering your order.
All orders are shipped free of charge.
